To ensure clarity and consistency, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
Provider: The Future Skills Hub, including its affiliated educators, facilitators and partners who deliver educational Services, Courses, and Classes via this platform.
Class: A single learning session or workshop, delivered live or pre-recorded, that may be part of a broader Course.
Course: A structured programme of learning consisting of multiple classes and learning materials aimed at supporting development in specific skill areas.
Services: Any and all offerings provided by The Future Skills Hub, including but not limited to courses, classes, workshops, downloadable resources, events, mentoring and access to online Communities.
Community: All individuals and groups who engage with The Future Skills Hub through shared learning spaces, events and collaborative opportunities. This includes parents, learners, facilitators and affiliated educators.
Online Learning Community: A digital space, forum or platform hosted or facilitated by The Future Skills Hub for learners, parents and educators to interact, share experiences, ask questions, access resources and engage in meaningful dialogue related to educational and personal development.
The content on this website is for general information and educational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and relevancy, all content is subject to change without notice.
Use of this site is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information, course or service meets your specific needs.
4. 1 Ownership
4.1.2 The Future Skills Hub (KT Next Gen Leadership LTD) retains all intellectual property rights to its platform, including but not limited to our website, branding, logos, and all content created by The Future Skills Hub. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our brand assets without our prior written consent.
4.2.2 All intellectual property rights in and to the course content and materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and guides—are the exclusive property of the respective Course Provider or Affiliate Provider who created them. The Future Skills Hub does not claim any ownership rights over the content provided by third parties.
4.2. Limited Licence
4.2.1. Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
4.2.2. This licence does not grant you the right to:a) Reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display the course materials.b) Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the course materials.c) Use the course materials for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
4.2.3. Any unauthorised use of the course materials is a violation of the provider's intellectual property rights and a breach of these terms, and may result in the termination of your access and potential legal action.
External links may be provided for information purposes only. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites.
The Future Skills Hub respects your privacy. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9.1. Confirmation
By booking any course, class or service, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. Payment or written confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.
9.2. Ammendments and Cancellations
We aim to be accommodating. However, the Provider reserves the right to retain full or partial fees as applicable. If The Future Skills Hub reschedules or cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative or refund will be offered.
9.3. Scope and Applicability
This section of the policy outlines the terms for refunds on services and products purchased through The Future Skills Hub platform. It distinguishes between three types of purchases:
a) Subscription fees for The Future Skills Hub platform ("Platform Fees")
b) Courses offered by "Future Skills Hub Providers" where payment is processed by The Future Skills Hub ("Provider Courses")
c) Courses and services offered by "Affiliate Providers" where payment is made directly to the provider on their external website ("Affiliate Courses").
9.4. The Future Skills Hub Platform Guarantee
9.4.1. Should you be unsatisfied with your membership to The Future Skills Hub community platform, you are entitled to request a full refund of your Platform Fees within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
9.4.2. This guarantee is applicable only to your first subscription period and is limited to one (1) refund per customer.
9.4.3. To initiate a refund request for Platform Fees, you must contact our support team at [email protected] with your purchase details.
9.5. Refunds for Provider Courses
9.5.1. For Provider Courses where payment is processed by The Future Skills Hub, the eligibility for a refund is determined by the individual provider’s refund policy, which will be stated on the relevant course page.
9.5.2 The Future Skills Hub will process refunds for these Provider Courses, but only in accordance with the specific provider’s stated refund policy (e.g., within their specified timeframe and conditions).
9.5.3. To request a refund for a Provider Course, you must submit your request to [email protected]. We will assess the request based on the provider’s policy and process any eligible refund to your original payment method.
9.6. Refunds for Affiliate Courses (Paid Directly to Affiliate Providers)
9.6.1. For Affiliate Courses, you are redirected to an external website and the payment is made directly to the Affiliate Provider. The Future Skills Hub is not a party to this transaction.
9.6.2. All refund requests, disputes or queries for Affiliate Courses must be directed to the Affiliate Provider. Their own refund policy will apply. The Future Skills Hub has no authority to process refunds or intervene in disputes for these transactions.
9.7. Exclusions
9.7.1. This policy does not apply to any services, products or agreements you arrange with any provider (whether a Future Skills Hub Provider or an Affiliate Provider) outside of The Future Skills Hub platform. Any such arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon directly between you and the provider.
9.7.2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny any refund request if we suspect that our policies are being abused.
9.7.3. By using our platform and purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
We are committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments across the platform.
By participating in any Community-related space, whether in person or online, you agree to:
Act respectfully and responsibly toward others.
Avoid discriminatory, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
Protect the confidentiality and dignity of fellow participants.
Follow all guidelines shared by facilitators or moderators.
Violation of these standards may result in removal from a Course, Class or Community without refund.
Participation in any Online Learning Community, including forums, chat groups, digital events or peer-learning platforms, is governed by the following terms:
The Online Learning Community is provided as a supportive space for connection, collaboration and shared learning aligned with our educational mission.
Users are expected to maintain a tone of encouragement, professionalism and mutual respect.
No marketing, spamming or solicitation of any kind is permitted.
The Future Skills Hub reserves the right to monitor, moderate and, if necessary, remove content or users that violate community guidelines.
Users must not share personal information or sensitive data about other members without explicit consent.
Any content shared in Online Learning Communities may be reviewed and used internally to improve services, ensuring user identities remain protected.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to Online Learning Communities at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or repeated violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
